Requirement for various positions at CSK:
Translators:
All applicants must have a Master’s degree in Spanish, Spanish literature, Spanish or Hispanic Linguistics, Linguistics, or other related fields.
Interpreters:
All interpreters generally are native speakers of Spanish, heritage speakers, or have native like language production abilities. In some cases, when interpreters are needed for Spanish to English interpretations, bilinguals speaking English as their first language will be considered; however, they must provide evidence of absolute fluency in Spanish.
Educators:
Most of our education personnel are local independent educators, adjunct faculty at local colleges, and other cases. All applicants must have college teaching experience, thus hold at least a Master’s degree in Spanish, Spanish literature or linguistics, Spanish Education, or other comparable specializations.
