The following rates are average, estimated rates, all of which are subject to change, eligible for discounts, and negotiable. Translation Rates
The following is a non-comprehensive list of sample documents commonly translated: shipping documents, financial reports, company brochures, promotional/marketing materials, email, advertisements, employee instruction manuals, sales brochures, newsletters, media material, etc.

Standard fee: $0.07 - $0.14 per word (Price based upon length and complexity of documents)

One Page Minimum Rate: $40.00 (Applicable when translating only one page. This is not the rate per page.)

Interpretation Rates

- All Interpretations less than three hours are subject to a transportation charge of one hour.
